Sepahan Cement Company was established in 1348 near Isfahan Steel Factory to produce Portland cement and also to consume Isfahan Steel Furnace slag.
The factory has a production capacity of 3 million tons of clinker per year and about 4 million tons of cement per year.
Existence of Marl mines (calcareous soil) with high purity near the factory which is the main material for cement production (about 98% of raw materials) as well as relatively short distance from Zayandehrud river and not far from Isfahan power plant and Adjacent to large industrial factories is a set of good conditions that the company enjoys.
Sepahan Cement Factory has three production lines.
1- Line one with a production capacity of 3300 tons of clinker per day, which was launched in 1981 by the German company KHD and includes a crusher, a storage room for two mills. Cement is a ball and loader.
2- Line 2 with a production capacity of 3300 tons of clinker per day, which was launched in 1978 by the German company KHD and includes a crusher, a storage room, two mills, pellet material, a satellite cooling furnace, two clinker silos and three cement mills It is a bullet and a loader.
3- Line 3 with a production capacity of 3300 tons of clinker per day, which was launched in 2008 by the German company IKN and includes a crusher, a material storage hall, a roller mill, a Great cooling furnace, a clinker silo and a cement mill. Roller and automatic loader.
